Analysis
- Coverage gap: Only 44 of 150 hospitals (29%) have any fundaciones data. Of those, 4 explicitly say "No".
- CDLA dominates: Casa de la Amistad appears in 23 hospitals (52% of those with data) — by far the most connected fundación.
- AMANC network: AMANC México appears 15 times generically, plus 3 state-specific branches (Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Michoacán). The other ~20 AMANC branches in the source have no hospital match — either unlinked or hospitals reference "AMANC" generically.
- "Nariz Roja" missing from source: Mentioned by 5 hospitals but not in fundaciones.csv — a notable gap.
- Instituciones irrelevant here: Zero instituciones appear in the hospital Fundaciones column. The column captures supporting NGOs/charities, not government institutions — so the two datasets serve different purposes.
- Free-text chaos: The Fundaciones column mixes names with descriptions of services, amounts, bullet points, and even "we'd like to start collaborating." Structured data entry would help.
- 66 fundaciones with no hospital: Many are AMANC state branches, but also standalone orgs like Fundación ABC, Teletón, PAHO — these may support hospitals not captured in this column, or may be inactive.
